Severe Weather Possible, January 17, 2012

  Forecasters expect a watch to be issued for Central Mississippi, generally along the Interstate 20 corridor.   While the primary risk areas appear to be south and east of the main Delta area, damaging winds and hail cannot be ruled out.   As of this post, no severe weather watches are in effect. An approaching cold front will bring the possibility of sever weather to Mississippi on January 17, 2012.




Severe Weather this Weekend

Strong to severe thunderstorms are expected to develop after midnight Friday (January 20)and into early Saturday morning for the Mississippi Delta as a cold front passes the area.   The risk for severe weather increases throughout the day Saturday for areas in central, eastern and southern Mississippi.

Bush knew Hurricane Katrina's devestating effects before storm hit New Orleans. How can we impreach him?


I don't care for Bush either....however, may I say from personal experience...no one knew the devistating effects that would really come from this storm.

Might I also add that Hurricane Katrina hit Mississippi, not New Orleans...

I'm a brother and I'm mad at bush, but no one knew that it was gonna be that bad. He acted bad after it, but he could not have known that the levees were gonna break at that time. No one knew. Its was like Pompeii.
